Return Process

Attach clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label to help our quality control team assess the damage or error.
- 3.Preserve the Product
Keep the item in its original packaging and maintain the required storage temperature (chilled or frozen) until a resolution is reached.
- 4.Resolution and Refund
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent via express courier or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
