In the same family as mozzarella, burrata is a hugely popular Italian cheese due to its silky smooth cream that oozes out of the knot of cheese. This soft cheese is hand-made from stretched Mozzarella which is shaped into a sphere and injected with a mix of fresh cream, resulting in a far creamier and lighter product than Mozzarella.
